The Cross Country League takes place throughout Novemeber to March over 5 different courses throughout Herts, Beds and Bucks. All of which have their fair share share of Twists turns, Ups and downs and plenty of mud.

The league is represented by 11 clubs situated in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire all of which fight it out for a place in the National Final.
