- The course is 2 laps of hilly mixed terrain and is ALL off-road
- Trail shoes are recommended as the trails are a mixture of hard packed stone paths, trails and grass. THIS SURFACE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SPIKES
- Start and finish are close to the HQ and both within the park.
