- Course
- About 8 km (5 miles), all off road and a bit hilly, with fairly stony trails in parts. Everyone is taken to the finish area first, 10 to 15 minutes' walk away, where the race briefing is held and kit can be left. The start is only five minutes further on but is near houses, so runners are taken down together and the race starts straight away.
